Perfect Dodge in WoE

Well, actually in WoE lots of good players use this build, i know that every 10 luk points u gain 1% of PD, and also know that:

 

-Fortune Sword gives (+20)

-Yoyo card gives (+5)(Accesory card)

 

And also know that some buffs give more perfect dodge (Perfect Tablature). My question is how the players can reach so good Perfect Dodge for so long time, i know that +10 Infinity Set give lot of luk that u can reach a good PD, but (in my case) i got 125 critical and still doing that "lucky" animation in most of my hits, and it pass like 2 or 3 minutes sometimes and i still do that "lucky" animation.
