Here's what you do.. Find the Control/Panel Unstuck NPC.. its a clown beside Fadgridh Flag.. You can login 1 character of yours beside the stucked one.. then UNSTUCK in.. just click the RESET POSITION option.. and its done

usually its monkey fist.. it teleports and creates disturbance inside DS
