But yeah, level 5 Gate used to have a 30 second cooldown.

The old wildcard did 300 damage at level 5 and had a 1:1 AP ratio

The old pick a card did 250AoE damage at level 5 and stunned for 1.5seconds at all levels. It had a 3 second cooldown. Imagine how boned you were against someone who could always pick gold card perfectly.\

The old destiny was a 45% slow that lasted 8 seconds at level 3, and was global. It was just really dumb. (and it still revealed everyone on the map)

it wasn't really harder than it is now, but people still failed at TF mostly because they got cocky, yet yeah, in the hand of a competent player he was a natural born killer, I can't remember games where my meijai was lower than 20 at the end (even in lost games)

Yet the point is:
He was funny to use
new one is boring

90-75-60-45-30

Really didn't change the fact that TF could go gank a different lane at like level 2 with pick a card and gate though. It was scary >.>

As soon as server go up I'll try play AP TF once again and see how it works. I never actually did after he got changed (nonetheless I stopped playing him when he used to be my main)

Also picking gold card was "harder" as it had different timing (truth is it was piece of cake at that time aswell).
Still I dun get why they changed him to shit. they could have just removed gate as 3rd spell or the slow on the ult idk. I miss him so much.
This AD TF is just no fun

It actually was an aoe stun, they just kept changing it until it is what is right now. It was trickier to get gold cards back then too.

I started when Poppy was the last released champ and it was already a single target stun with AoE damage (the AoE damage was not 100%) and well it wasn't really that hard to pick gold card, yeah it had a slower window, yet the rotation was the same and all you had to do was pressing W when red card was up

I'm hating this fucking server shutdown I'm decided to play AP TF and see if I can make it work somehow

Went on my level 30 account after months and had my first game ever with Xin Zhao with 0 runes and 0 masteries, ended up with 15 kills 1 deaths and 16 assists.

AP TF result:
4 wins 1 loss
struggled a bit, hes underpowered as hell, yet you can farm meijai effectively with destiny and wild cards do a good damage early game.
1 game I was mid against krath, he was harrassing the living hell out of me, got to lvl 5, wild cards lvl 3
started spamming his ass with wild cards. at 1/5 HP per hit, 300 HP left on him gold card flash, stun, wild cards, he runs, wild card again at tower diving

sadly we lost that game, krath never made a fail ult and ended up with 18 kills on my people, even tho most of the job was on their shaco

Tryndamere is the only char that is somewhat similar to Yi but has more HP, if not another instresting melee DPS carry is Olaf; his W skill gives you damage based on how much HP you have, so you have high HP yet you hit hard as soon as it is up. indeed he's the one to try.
suggestion if you go Olaf:
priorize R>W>E>Q
use ghost as summoner spell
item path:
ruby crystal->phage
mercury threads
phage->frozen mallet
stark's fervor
warmog
atmas impaler

here you should have won the fucking game already, if you haven't try with moar warmogs or a banshee veil

I havent played Olaf yet. But I know Tryndamere is really fun to play. I used to main Yi when I first started, I bought Trynd, and havent played Yi since. I almost always go positive when I play Trynd, unless I have a shitty team.

I tried using Kennen because he was the one character I wanted to play the most. He looks legit (A NINJAR!) and I like his character design. I'm not good with him at all haha. Tips?

Apply marks with Q W E and harass with W. Keep doing this until enemy is weak enough for you to ult and kill.

He's still a horrible hero though, doesn't add much to the table except for a stun sometimes.

He is horrible at high elo in SR. He's pretty good in twisted treeline though with AD build. When you're below than 20 I don't think you should worry about champ tiers and what not, just try to enjoy and find where you'll fit.
